On Saturday, December 26th the Sioux City Police Department located a missing rental car that was connected to December 22nd murder from Lake Park, Iowa.

Officers attempted to pursue the vehicle, before it was involved in a traffic accident on Floyd Blvd. The driver of the vehicle, Justice Berntson, 23 was charged with Felony Eluding and Driving While Barred by Sioux City Police. The Lake Park murder investigation is on-going and no further details are being released at this time.
