Just hours after Sioux City Police release the name and photo of a suspect in at least one recent Sioux City Robbery an arrest was made.

The release earlier said that Marlin was 5’10” and weighed 155lbs, but did not say which case or cases Marlin was a suspect in.

Marlin was located in South Sioux Cty Nebraska and with the assistance of South Sioux City Police Department and Dakota County Sheriff's Office was taken into custody without incident. At 6:20 p.m. on Friday evening Jason Lee Marlin, 36 was booked into the Woodbury County Jail on 1 count of Robbery 2nd Degree and 1 count of Theft 1st Degree. Marlin is being held on $15,000 Bond.
