About 6:15 a.m. on Monday, July 10th Sioux City Police responded to 1000 Morningside Avenue, Central Mart for an armed robbery.
A release from Sioux City Police says that male of average build and height entered the store with his face covered, displayed a weapon and demanded money.
The suspect fled the scene on foot, no injuries were reported.
The incident is under investigation and anyone with information can contact Crime Stoppers and remain anonymous at 712-258-8477
