Noahs Hope Animal Rescue is looking for the owner of this Malnourished and neglected dog. You may remain anonymous. If you know where this dog may have come from or who his owner is you’re asked to message Noah’s Hope Animal Rescue on Facebook.

Now known as TJ, he was picked up on Friday Evening in the area of West 4th and Myrtle Streets in Sioux City. In additional to being malnourished TJ suffers from Edema which has caused 2 to 3 gallons fluid to leak through his vascular system.

As with all dogs Noah’s Hope takes in TJ is getting the care he needs in an attempt to save his life.
