Police attempted to stop a Black Charger with front bumper damage, driven by a black male with dreadlocks. The driver did not stop for police as they pursued him for about 5 minutes in Sioux City's Morningside Neighborhood Sunday afternoon about 2:50PM.
Officers lost the suspect in the area of Ridge and South Glass. After searching the area officers located the vehicle at Washington and South Fairmount about 10 minutes later and their suspect a few minutes later near Leech and South Fairmount.
Police arrested 24-year-old Martez Langston on charges of Eluding, Driving While Barred, No Vehicle Insurance, 3 counts of Failure to Stop at Stop Sign and Impaired Vision. Langston was booked into the Woodbury County Jail on $4500 Bond.
