South Sioux City Police arrest juvenile for disturbing the peace after clown prank incident.


On a post to their Facebook Page, South Sioux City Police describe the definition of disturbing the peace. This stemmed from an incident on Sunday when a Juvenile was arrested after a clown prank incident.
