Suspicious Person with Binoculars near Lewis Pool in Morningside

Reports just after 2:00PM on Thursday of a male party a red Ford Mustang with binoculars that appeared to be watching kids at the Lewis Pool in the area of Davis and South Cornelia in Morningside. The car left before police arrived.
