Just after 3:30 pm Sioux City Police officers were dispatched to the 1600 block of Ingleside Ave after two males kicked in the back door of a residence.

The two males gained entry to the residence and threatened to injure the occupants. The two suspects fled on foot but were apprehended by the SCPD about three blocks away. Trey RedOwl of Sioux City, IA is charged with Burglary 2nd, Carrying a Weapon, Simple Eluding and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. The second suspect, Michael Thomas Jr of Sioux City, IA was charged with Burglary 2nd and Simple Eluding. The victims received no injuries during the incident. No further information is being released at this time.
