About 9:40 a.m. Tuesday Sioux City Police and Emergency Personnel responded to the 3100 Block of Floyd Boulevard after a 15-year-old juvenile female called the police and reported she was having abdominal pain and had been raped.

The victim was transported to the hospital for treatment.

Later in the day police arrested 31-year-old Isaias Osias Martin-Martin on charges of Sexual Abuse 3rd. He’s being held on $10,000 Bond and Immigration and Customs Enforcement Hold at the Woodbury County Jail.

Court Documents say that Isaias Osias Martin-Martin picked up the female in the area of 18th and Court Street and drove her to his residence at 6th and Court St. The two then went into the basement where Martin undressed her and himself before performing sexual acts on her.
