Just after 5:00PM on Saturday Sioux City Police, Fire and Siouxland Paramedics responded to the 2100 Block of Hamilton Boulevard in Sioux City after a Jeep Crashed through the front of the building.
For the 2nd time this week Sioux City Fire's Technical Rescue were called to a building to secure it after a vehicle crashed through the front. This time at 21st and Hamilton Blvd at Asian Comforts. Crews cleared up the front entry so the vehicle could be pulled out.
One worker was injured and transported to Mercy Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries. According to Sergeant Jay Hoogendyk the driver of the SUV accidently hit the gas instead of the brakes causing the Jeep to crash through the front of the business.
