A release from the Sioux City Police Department says they have made additional arrests in the October 14th beating that took place on Sioux City's West Side.


On October 27th Police arrested and charged sixteen-year-old Al Lewis with Willful Injury and fifteen-year-old Kenneth Thompson with Willful Injury, Theft 1st, and Assault while participating in a felony.

On October 26th Police arrested De’Von Jackson, a sixteen-year-old and charged him with Willful Injury, Theft 1st Degree, and Assault while participating in a felony.

Police have made their first arrest in connection to the assault. Austin Rockwood  a sixteen-year-old was arrested on October 24th for his participation in the assault which took place on October 14th, 2016.

Police are looking for information about an assault that took place on Friday, October 14th about 8:50PM.

The video posted to the Sioux City Police Facebook Page shows more that 10 people involved in the assault of an individual on the 1500 Block of West 3rd.
