On the evening of June 22nd, 2016 6 people have been identified as being present in the beating of a man who suffered a fractured skull and brain bleed that required him to be placed in a medically induced coma and an extensive stay in the hospital.
Court records say the group went in 2 vehicles to the 600 Block of River Drive in the Riverside Neighborhood of Sioux City with the purpose of looking for and jumping Bradley Coan to get even with him for jumping Brody Dula, records say the dispute was over Bradley’s ex-girlfriend who was Brody’s current girlfriend.
Police arrested and charged Brody Thomas Dula, 22 with Willful Injury on January 26th, 2017, the 3rd arrest in connection with the beating. Dula is being held on $10,000 Bond at the Woodbury County Jail.
Previously police arrested Haley Collins, the driver, on July 7th, 2016 who plead guilty to Willful Injury on December 21st, 2016 and received a sentence of a deferred judgement with 3 years probation, 100 hours of community service, and a $750 civil penalty, which is currently in default according to court documents.
Additionally, Benjamin Gallaugher was arrested on August 4, 2016, charged with Willful Injury, his charges were dismissed pending further investigation.

According to court documents Haley Collins, 18 was arrested on Friday, August 19th on charges of Willful Injury and booked into the Woodbury County Jail on $10,000 Bond. The affidavit says that Haley Collins drove a number of men on June 22nd to the 600 Block of River Drive for the purpose of assaulting another man who was suffered serious injuries. The affidavit also says, Haley admitted her involvement to Detectives during interviews.

Charges against Gallaugher were dismissed on August 12 pending further investigation
According to ABC9 Sioux City Police have arrested Benjamin Gallaugher, 20 in connection to an assault on June 22nd in Sioux City's Riverside Neighborhood that left 1 man seriously injured and hospitalized.
Gallaugher, was arrested and charged with Willful Injury and booked into the Woodbury County Jail on $25,000 Bond.
