Reports of someone screaming for help that there is a fire at 3900 Winona Way Apartment Complex. Chief 19 Engine 7, Engine 3, Truck 1, Engine 8, Engine 1 Responded.
As Sioux City Fire Rescue arrived on scene reports that there was a person with a burnt hand. They cancelled all trucks except Truck 1 for ventilation and requested EMS. Siouxland Paramedics Responded.
