Possessing or consuming alcohol now illegal at Burbank Beach in Elk Point SD

The Union County Sheriff's Office warns the public that consuming or possessing alcohol is now illegal at Burbank Beach also known as Bolton Game Park Reserve near Elk Point South Dakota is now illegal.

Those caught consuming or possession alcohol face the possibility of charges of open container and/or operating while intoxicated. Union County will have additional patrols in the area.
