Three arrested after robbery of International Market on Pearl Street

Sioux City Police say they responded to what was believed to be a suspicious subject involved in a theft.

Officers learned the suspicious subject was involved in a robbery with two other males at International Market where the clerk was assaulted and the suspect pretended to have a gun inside their jacket.

Arrested were 32-year-old Cesar Rodriguez charged with Robbery 2nd, 30-year-old Dudley Blackbird and 23-year-old Charles Phillips charged with Aggravated Theft.
