Three die in early Saturday Morning crash north of Holstein Iowa in Ida County

Early Saturday, March 16th about 5:30 am first responders, Deputies, and Iowa State Patrol responded to 120th and Highway 59 just North of Holstein in Ida County for reports of a 2 vehicle crash.

Iowa State Patrol says that a 2006 GMC was Southbound on Highway 59 in the Northbound lane and struck a 2007 Isuzu head on. 3 Occupants in the Isuzu died and 2 occupants of the GMC were transported to Mercy.

No other information is available on the crash at this time.
