WANTED by Sioux City Police for Involuntary Manslaughter Ray Avila

Sioux City Police say they have issued an arrest warrant for 24-year-old Ray Avila for Involuntary Manslaughter. Avila is described as being 5ft 8inches tall weighing 180 pounds. Avila has a tattoo above his right eye and on his neck.

Avila is wanted for Involuntary Manslaughter and Assault Causing Serious Injury of Peter Johnson 31 after an assault in downtown Sioux City on July 29th about 2:00 am.
