The dog's owner, described as a white female, in her late 20's, with long brown hair driving a big gray truck took her dog and left the dog park before police and animal control arrived.
The victim's injury was not severe but received a puncture wound in the hip stomach area. The victim's mother is asking for help in identifying and locating the dog and its owner.
