Court Documents say that while outside his residence at 17th and Jackson in Sioux City on December 24th, 2016, 57-year-old Glenn Evan Dortch was approached by a 15-year-old runaway Juvenile female who asked for a cigarette, which he provided.

The complaint says that Dortch then invited the juvenile into his apartment where he provided the juvenile alcohol and allowed her to shower. He then later was involved in intimate contact with the juvenile. That afternoon the two went to WalMart where the juvenile reported herself as a runaway and was returned by Sioux City Police.

Police arrested Glenn Dortch on February 27th, charged with Lascivious Acts and being held on $10,000 bond.
