Joseph Montagne sentenced to prison for Attempted Sexual Assault

South Sioux City Police Department reports on Facebook that Joseph Montagne was sentenced to prison on Friday for a conviction of 1st Degree Attempted Sexual Assault.

Montagne was sentenced to no more than 15 and no less than 10 years and be required to register on the Nebraska Sex Offender Registry for 25 years. Montagne was booked into Dakota County Jail on August 13 2016 on charges of Sexual Assault Child.
