The investigation uncovered multiple billings for Behavioral Health Intervention Services by Robert Conytsil Wooten. According to court documents Wooten created documentation and billed BHIS services for 3 juveniles between November 15, 2015 and May 31, 2016.
12 hours were billed totaling $1048.44 that the investigator found did not take place using attendance records of the Juveniles and other evidence.
Robert Wooten was arrested and charged with Fraudulent Practice 2nd Degree, a Class D Felony and Tampering with Records, an Aggravated Misdemeanor. He posted a $5000 Bond.
