Anonymous Third-Party Arbitration for Denied Claims
Instead of letting insurance companies be the judge, jury, and executioner of your claim, let’s create a system similar to jury duty when an insurance company denies a claim. Everyday people — actual customers — would be summoned to hear testimony from both sides and vote on whether a claim is legit. And here’s the kicker — those jurors would be paid fairly for their time and decision-making! No free labor here. This keeps the process unbiased, transparent, and fair for everyone involved.
Profit Caps for Insurance Companies
Look, there’s nothing wrong with insurance companies making money. Paying their employees well and being profitable ensures they can offer better service and attract top talent. But there has to be a limit. When companies hit a certain profit threshold, they should be required to lower rates or reinvest that money in ways that actually benefit people, not just inflate executive bonuses. Desperation and hard times shouldn’t be billion-dollar business models.
Way off topic and not local public safety related. I've created this amazing following and sometimes I just feel the need to say whats currently on my mind.
