Accident Alert Issued for Sioux City Because of the current weather conditions, travel in Sioux City is not recommended. Police are receiving a high number of crash reports, and responding to every collision would impact our ability to provide services citywide. An Accident Alert is now in effect starting December 6, 2025 at 11:45 AM and will remain in place until weather conditions improve.
