FOOT PURSUIT leads to Warrant Arrest

Woodbury County Sheriff's Department arrested Rand McConnell, 32 on an outstanding warrant for Parole Violation, Eluding and Possession of Methamphetamine with the intent to deliver.

About 7:30PM on Tuesday evening McConnell ran from a vehicle during a traffic stop on the 3800 Block of Transit Ave. Deputies were able to catch up to McConnell after a foot pursuit. He was booked into Woodbury County Jail with a $25,000 Bond.
