A short time later Officers located a victim with stab wounds near 11th and Court. The victim was transported to the hospital.

About 5:30 pm on Tuesday, July 17 Police responded to the area of the 1000 Block of 15th Street for reports of a walking disturbance. When police arrived they were not able to locate anyone.
