Man arrested for attempted murder another hospitalized after stabbing on Ingleside

Sioux City Police were called to the 1700 Block of Ingleside just before 11:00 pm Friday, May 25th. When they arrived they found 19-year-old Aaron Smith suffering from an apparent life-threatening stab wound. Smith was transported to the hospital for treatment.

The investigation lead police to 909 17th Street where a search warrant was conducted and police arrested Anthony Media, 18 charged with attempted Murder Medina is currently being held at the Woodbury County Jail.

The investigation into the details of the incident is ongoing.
