Suspect in fraudulent use of stolen credit cards in Sioux City Wanted

The identity of the person shown in a video posted by The Sioux City Police Department is needed. The suspect can be seen using a credit card that was in a purse stolen in downtown Sioux City on April 10th.

Police believe the suspect may be a transient or live in the downtown area as he has been seen in numerous videos in the area. It's believed this suspect has been using other stolen credit cards as well.
