Fraudulent use of debit card do you recognize this woman

Sioux City Police are investigating fraudulent use of a debit card on February 19th about 1:30AM after it was dropped.

The card was used at Bergie’s Bar to purchase drinks. The woman pictured is suspected of using the card. Although the photo is very clear but they hope someone may recognize her.
