Sioux City Police responded to the 4200 Block of Orleans Ave about 2:40AM where a male described as black, tall, thin, wearing a baseball cap and a dark shirt was witnessed in a garage behind a residence and also possibly in a camper, he left on foot in the alley. Police were unable to locate the suspect.
