A witness tells us that just before 8:00PM Tuesday evening a Native American Male about 5 foot 10 inches tall took a case of beer without paying from HyVee Gas on Hamilton Blvd. and left in a Green Dodge Caravan South on Hamilton with 2 other passengers.
